With current challenges in the global economy, new and innovative strategies are emerging in the bid to stimulate and sustain growth in national economies. Entrepreneurship is one model that is deemed critical to the formulation and implementation of these strategies. Despite this, little is known about the profile of the Nigerian entrepreneur and how they engage with the constantly evolving policy context. In order to bridge this gap, we have designed a programme that will provide great opportunities and potentials to the teeming fresh graduates (Youth Corps Members), the unemployed and the underemployed in Nigeria. We partner with experienced service providers such as fashion designers, beauty experts, caterers, event managers, photographers, movie producers, IT specialists, etc. to provide extensive trainings in any of the areas of specialisation. The aim of this programme is to ensure that the targeted participants are equipped with requisite skill that will enable them become self-employed and subsequently become employers of labour.

Within the period of training and skills acquisition, seasoned entrepreneurial specialists are invited to provide lectures and mentorship that will equip the participants with the required knowledge necessary to put them through in the marketplace.  We also created networking opportunities between the participants to share new ideas and business relationships. At the end, exceptional participants will be linked with our partners for further support, including financial assistance to start their business.
